My poor furbaby is so disappointed!
Imagine your pup being so excited for yoy to open his gift only to be heartbroken because he couldn't even get the chance to play with it. NOT EVEN ONCE! Why? Because the toy was defective and had a whole section that was bot even sewed together. The stuffing was even coming out. I feel like even if he had the chance to play with it; the thing would not even last one day because the silver trim is so fragile to begin with. That material is not strong enough to hold the stuffing and the other plush fabric together. It would just rip! My poor pup is so sad. What's worse is it's not even available to order a replacement if I wanted to and it was already delayed from the start. Never ordering from this company again. This is why I try not to order anything that's not PRIME****update 3/3/24****Changing my star rating and adding 2 stars for seller's customer service. The seller reached out to me and offered a sincere apology and a full refund for the defective item.Unfortunately there's no replacement available but the fact that they reached out was greatly appreciated. The toy is adorable and I am bummed about the hole but I'm pretty handy with needle and thread so I will attempt to fix it myself and just keep a watchful eye on my pup when he plays with it.The seller did not ask for anything in exchange for the refund. I decided to revise my review on my own accord now that my temper has settled.
