Looks great led lights stop working in 1/3 of the pole but came back on possibly won’t last pass a few rides? Hardware is perfect

I just took this product out for our first ride today and it broke. The add says it is flexible but obviously it is not. I would give this zero stars if I could. We are so very disappointed and now I can’t even return it.

Super bright, can be seen from far away. But it broke the first weekend out. I did but another and put clear shrink boot over the entire whip, we'll see if this helps.

I bought this whip for my sons ATV, he rode for about an hour and 1st bump he went up and over, it snapped right at the base. Needless to say not very happy with your product.
