I grow dragon fruit, am a gadget nerd, so I definitely needed this to see what the Brix rating was on my fruits. Bingo! The unit works perfectly for that purpose and gave me readings right in line with what I expected. Easy to clean too.

I am new at making sorbet and read enough to decide to get a refractometer. I am learning to like things being easy, without losing effectiveness. I was surprised at how this brix meter was so easy to use right out of the box. Seems to be very accurate. I’m very pleased with this product and recommend it as a good value and great performance.

Great performance. Tried with a manual refractometer and the digital was really on the correct percent or close to it. I would say this unit is pretty accurate. Definitely worth the money and the convenience is nice. The digital display with back lighting capabilities makes it super easy to read with large numbers.
