It comes in very well packaged and has everything that it says in the picture inside the box.I have too much hair, since I was born I was a little hairy. It’s genetics, unfortunately.The waxer dissolves the hard wax beads very easily. The secret is to know the consistency of the wax. This way it will remove better the hair. For me it works. I will leave down a video so you can see by yourself and judge it. Some advertisements in tv show people (models) that don’t have enough hair or don’t have hair at all and it doesn’t seem believable, but in my case it’s contrary. I have way too much. Even some of the opposite sex don’t have as much hair as I do, but I cannot do anything. I was born hairy 😰😅

The warmer has worked for over a year for me and has given me no issues, however the wax beads that come with it are not good. I tried waxing the hair on my legs, multiple times (which I left to grow for several weeks) and it left many patches. I use it on my face, and my lip still has left over hairs and light fuzz. My eyebrows, it pulled off the peach fuzz, but leaves behind longer brows. I recommend the wax warmer, but purchase different wax.

This is a really nice product if your looking to wax here and there as the beads don’t seem to hurt as much compared to the regular waxing strips. However one bag of beads will not even last you for half of your leg. I feel like this is more expensive than if you were to buy a waxing strip from Walmart instead of buying the beads for 15$.

I hate this thing...Worst waste of money to me...I have hormone issues, so I grow dark facial hair badly. I bought this because it had good reviews. I was excited to finally feel beautiful and not insecure.I have tried this wax pot 5 times now, even tried two different wax beads that it came with, and it BARELY pulls hair out! Instead it just pulls some of my skin off and makes me bleed!It's painful as ever! I'm so dissapointed in this, now I am forced to either shave or let someone in public wax my chin...This sucks. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I received it right on time and used it the very next day. I have to say I always sucked at waxing my facial hair and always have to resort to going to the salon which always cost me $20/month. This machine is AMAZING!!!! It removed all my facial hair with little to no pain and left my skin feeling really soft. I also love the smell of the wax. I highly recommend this product.

This warmer definitely does the job. I tried the wax once and wasnt a big fan. It rips off in small pieces rather then ripping off in one smooth motion. I bought wax strips to try and use with the wax to see if it makes it easier.

The warmer works really well, I used it twice already and recieved it yesterday (waxing for me is done in sections with a rest break lol)....the wax provided was ok......I need to play with it a little more though because any issue I may have just be because of me and my application.....well worth the money though!
