Great for home gym
Great quality, easy to install , good size, would buy some foam pads or get gloves as the grip is very rough on the hands and hurts without protection . Love the resistance bands and punch bag attachment

Solid and great for pull ups etc but boxing bag hook is too close the the wall so not really anygood

Very sturdy
This was much cheaper than other options, but I was very surprised.Cannot fault it.It's takes the weight of a very heavy bag and my weight whilst on the pull-ups.

Holds up the grandson punch bag with no problems. We got fed up with it falling every time he used to it get his frustration out, since using this little kit we have had no problems, it has stayed up just fine. He now doesn't worry that if he gets to over-excited it int going to fall.

Great quality and value for money
Item arrived very quickly and was well packaged.The fitting is compact but feels sturdy and of high quality and is easy to install with the right tools.I'm using this to attach a JLL suspension training kit to the wall which needs to hold my body weight (11 stones) and so far this looks good for the job.The fixing are of good quality too, though be wary not to overtighten the bolts as I did, as this is easily done (but not a fault with the product!) so I had to replace the wall plug.Would definitely recommend this fixing and it's great value.
