Poor Quality Toilet
First, let me say that we have been using bidets for many years. The Toto G400 Washlet is the worst product we have ever seen. We have this washlet for over a year now. It is very poorly designed. Its main problem is insufficient water supply. It doesn’t have enough water to clean properly. It also doesn’t have enough water to clean the bowl itself. The second problem is the low quality of the porcelain coating. Everything sticks to it. We have to scrub this toilet after each use. By the time we purchased and installed it, it cost us almost $2,000. So, for the time being, we are stuck with it. Do not buy it.
