This an herbal tea which has apple, hibiscus flower, rose hips, orange peel, and cornflowers.

Q: I used a metal ball infuser and the tea was so fine it went through the mesh. Any suggestions to help that for the next time i brew it?

Most loose leaf tea lovers do well with a fine mesh tea infuser. That is because even with the best full leaf tea, just a little crushing of the leaves and you get some fine bits :-( I personally like the style the rests on the rim of your cup rather than a ball style as it is easier to clean.
