Excellent bedside or portable product
I got one for each side of the bed it charges cool plugged in and devices do not get hot. I did tested them to see if they would hold a charge unplugged and they seem to have some juice for recharging but haven’t really used it for that. When a device is being charged wirelessly the red light appears. Once the charge is full, it turns off. This applies when unplugged and turned on as a portable charger.

Great for traveling
I have many wireless charging power banks. This one is great because it doubles as a charging station for all your wireless devices. Then when you go, just unplug and take it with you to use as a power bank. Easy to use and allows you to leave all the annoying cables at home. Great product.

Mine won’t hold its charge for long
Great concept… but there are several quirky aspects of this power bank and one big problem.First, it doesn’t seem to want to take a charge from a standard USB charger (even 2.4A), or its *so* slow that I never get to the point of seeing the lights indicating its receiving the charge. It seems to only really respond to a high-powered USB-C charging block. Which is fine, I guess, but is inconvenient.Second, the rate it charges your device (iPhone 13 mini, in my case), is slowed down a *lot* when the phone is in its case. I know a case is expected to decrease the charging rate, but it’s affected *much* more with this power bank than with other chargers I’ve used. But the actual deal breaker for me is that it doesn’t seem to want to hold onto its own charge while it’s not connected to a power source. I had mine fully charged, left it unplugged for about a week, and when I picked it up again to use it, it was completely dead. I guess that could be ok if it’s how you normally charge your phone (with this device plugged in), and then you just grab it to use short term while you’re away from AC power for a bit…but that’s not a very useful item for me. I’d much sooner just carry around a normal power bank and forego the wireless charging. But maybe that’s just me…

Nice design, solid build, but with a disconcerting quirk.
As others have reported, my sample arrived fully discharged. I charged it for about 30 minutes before its LEDs indicated any charge activity. After it indicated a full charge (all four blue LEDs lighted solidly), it performed as expected, and seemed to retain a charge well. I tested it with both an iPhone 12 Pro and an Apple Watch Series 9, and it recharged those as expected. This portable charger has two standout features: (1) In addition to performing as other MagSafe-style battery banks, its main magnetized induction-charge platform tilts, allowing it to be used as a desktop or bedside charging stand, and (2) it has an integrated USB-C charging cable for whatever else you might need to power, which accepts that ubiquitous format. My sample also has an odd quirk: It’s LED lights cycle on and off when it was not in use or being recharged, including the fifth, red LED. I don’t mean that they blink rhythmically. They don’t. But sometimes they’re on, sometimes off, and there is nothing I can do to influence that behavior. Sometimes the single red LED plays along, too.I read all of the included instructions and found nothing to document whether that is normal or abnormal behavior. Eventually, I held its only button for more than 30 seconds — which seemed an eternity — and the LEDs turned off. Problem solved? No. Within minutes, they came back on and started the now-familiar cycling on and off.But as I noted earlier, the unit has otherwise performed as expected. It accepts a full recharge and it still charges both my phone and watch normally. Ditto the integrated USB-C charge cable. For what it’s worth, I like the overall design and am impressed with the build quality. If only I could figure out how to turn the thing off.So, make of all that what you will. For my part, I have to deduct at least one star for having to wonder whether the LED behavior is normal or problematic. Is it a product defect, a failure of instruction, or simple reviewer error?Hope this helps. Clear skies!

Stopped working after 3 months
Would give the devices 0 starts if I could. Both stopped working after three months within a week of each other
