crackling
I have had a lot of cracking in my neck, i have used this for a few days and it’s almost gone.Great neck product, however after a few days it stop chagrining and programs stop working properly. Having to return the product

Mostly enjoyable
On the whole a largely pleasurable experience using this. However one setting will leave you feeling like you were the wrong side of a US cop armed with a taser! Extreme discomfort at the highest level! Avoid this setting however and enjoy a lovely warm relaxed neck. If you like pain the enjoy all the settings.
