Great bitter profile.
This is a great alternative to alcohol. It is similar to Aperol or Campari. I mix with sparkling water or tonic water.

The most delicious non-alc beverage on the market!
Best non-alc herbal spirit! I’ve introduced Wilfred’s to hundreds of people and it’s everyone’s favorite. Pour a good amount over ice with orange slices, then add a sparkling mixer: tonic, ginger ale, or plain sparkling water.

Very good with sparkling water for an easy mocktail - guests find it tasty
Expensive for the quantity, but have loved the taste for a few months; a bit tired of it now. Mixing with sparkling water for a satisfying mocktail. Found a much cheaper option - A Cosmopolitan mixer, at the liquor store, that is a nice change and more economical.

Waste of money
This tastes more like cough syrup than Campari

Best mocktail I've tried
This is a great substitute for a cocktail. I have it almost every weeknight now with tonic. (Still real cocktails on the weekend!) I usually hate things like fake gin or fake bourbon, but this is not trying to pretend it's anything else. It's a really nice apertif, and the taste is interesting and very pleasant.

Bitter not refreshing.
Not very good.

Okay flavor but weak and expensive
Not a bad flavor but quite weak. Cost is so high that it’s not worth it. I switched to using kombucha, lemon and soda water for my mocktail with better flavor and a fraction of the cost.

Really pleasant to drink in the evenings.
Lovely to drink with ginger beer and a splash of bitters. Add a slice of lime and it's like a Pimm's Cup!
