So I bought this because I have sensitive skin and try to avoid shaving. I always end up with razor burn and ingrown hairs that leave scars and since I have a tattoo appointment coming up and knew I needed to remove the hair I thought this would be greatWell it didn't remove any of my leg hair, tried multiple times and while it worked great at removing my facial hair. I did have to do multiple rounds on my face since it was my first time and I messed up during the process. If you don't add enough wax it will crack and can be hard to remove. As for my legs, It didn't even make a dent. I ultimately stopped trying becaude it felt pointless, which unfortunately for me my leg is the area I needed to be hairless for the tattoo appointment. So now I gotta shave it anyway :/Overall pretty good,if you have thicker hair it might not work as good on your legs like it did me.As far as thr kit, it's great for beginners. Easy to understand and simple to clean up.I'll be using this for my facial hair for now on.

It took me quite a while to figure out the correct technique and complete the job. While this is expected with any new skill, I would have appreciated more detailed instructions or a step-by-step guide to assist beginners like myself.One area that could be improved is the quantity of wax beads provided. I found that I quickly went through one whole bag and half of another during just two sessions. It would be beneficial if the bags were larger or if the kit included more wax beads to ensure a longer-lasting supply.Additionally, I had some confusion regarding the use of the silicone liner and pot with the handle. The directions were not entirely clear on whether the silicone liner should be placed directly into the pot or if the handle should be removed first. This left me uncertain and required additional research to clarify the proper usage.The most significant challenge I encountered was finding the right temperature for melting the wax beads. Achieving the desired consistency while avoiding the risk of burning myself proved to be a struggle. Despite following the instructions, I experimented with different temperature settings and still had difficulty finding the sweet spot. Lowering the temperature often resulted in the wax becoming tacky again too quickly. Soft wax is too messy and dries out my skinThis does get messy and is hard to clean but since i only use it on myself i keep the wax in until the next use
