This is a well-built, rugged product that is excellent if you need an inversion table. It is reasonably priced for the quality. After we completed assembly, we discovered a latent defect in the massage/heating pad. We sent the necessary and reasonable information to the company and got a quick apology and reply that a new pad was being sent immediately. We then received several follow-up emails with the status of the shipment and we received the new pad within 4 days of reporting the situation. We are giving this a 5 star rating because of the quality of the product and the best, hassle-free customer service we could possibly have gotten.

Color me surprised. I’ve assembled 100’s of items for my customers through the years. These are the cleanest, clearest Numbered steps instructions I’ve ever seen. I used the two wrenches and Allen wrench Phillips head screwdriver combo that came with the product. It took me 55 minutes to open the box to testing it out. It’s a substantial piece of equipment, the package is heavy and says 2 person carry. The massage vibrates adequately for relaxation and the heat gets warm. Should definitely hold some weight and a large person. It’s a sizable machine with a lot of cushion on the back rest happy with my purchase.

I've struggled with back pain since a middle school football injury. Recently it has been getting worse +15 years later. So, bought this seeing the height and weight requirements and the massage pad. Doctors just want to keep sending me for physical therapy and it hasnt been working. I'm 6'2" about 265lbs. Does fit me very well, the leg attachment is a little sloppy where it pins in the back and the ankle lock is a little loose or too tight. So, I'm in between.Went to use it the first time did about 30 degrees for like 10 mins for 3 days to get acclimated to it. Did 40 degrees with the vibrating pad on high for about 15 mins. Been doing that for over 2 weeks now and I have slight pain, but not like it was. I won't go more than 40, little too painful at this time to go more, but 40 is comfortable and you feel a good stretch.Otherwise, it's sturdy. Pad has multiple vibrating functions and supports a big dude like me. Wish the pad was a little more supportive and the middle portion had more vibration to it. Would buy again if need be.

This product does help out with my son's back pain. It helps relieve pressure!

This has been a fantastic addition to our home gym. It’s helped ease back pain, promote stretching/recovering, and saved us from heading to the chiropractor every few days!

Best thing out there for back pain relief especially with the massager and the heat

1- packaging was completely beat up on arrival. Opened the box to the same on the inside. Shown in photos.2-The pic shows a stress crack where your ankles go and you hang from. Thats an integral part that should be 100%3- the holes are drilled wrong, so i couldn't put it together. Also pictured.4- for a return or replacement I have to figure out how to get all this back into the beat up torn packaging it was sent in. I will be getting my equipment elsewhere. Not bothering again.
