Better than expected!
Great product. I was skeptical as I’ve only used custom orthotics since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. That said; I was not trying to spend hundreds again and wait weeks to get them in. I’ve worn the same pair of orthotics for too long and honestly haven’t found anything I’ve liked other than custom fit ones.Well; from the moment I pulled out my old inserts and added the new SOLE inserts; my feet actually felt happy. Not annoyed and in pain like I get with most shoes (if you have plantar fasciitis you know what I mean). Just satisfaction. They offer great arch support, nicely cushioned in all the right places and keeps me flat versus an incline with many other brands of inserts.I let the insoles get used to my feet for a few hours each day and over the last week of wearing them in very impressed. They fit my shoes well and as long as your shoes are loose enough it should be fine.

Next-Level Arch Support with Innovative Design
I have previously used Superfeet Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis relief and found them effective. Wanting more insoles for different shoes, I explored other arch-supporting options and discovered SOLE. These insoles immediately impressed me with their functionality, providing just the right level of arch support—on par with many leading brands.SOLE stands out in its advanced construction. Unlike other brands that attach a rigid plastic to a foam base, these insoles integrate the soft and rigid portions seamlessly. This results in a consistent thickness from heel to toe, making them lightweight, easy to insert, and effortless to swap between shoes. They enhance natural foot movement where flexibility is needed while providing firm support where it’s required. There’s no excessive foam padding in the heel, just a well-balanced, effective design that feels great from the first step. After months of regular use, they still look and perform like new. Most importantly, they delivered instant relief from Plantar Fasciitis. The modern, minimal design is a bonus, complementing my footwear without looking bulky. I highly recommend them!

The best inserts
I’ve been buying these inserts for years now. Every single shoe I have has a pair in it. The inserts helped me get rid of my plantar fasciitis. I will not go without these. I prefer this one with the more rigid rubberized plastic bottoms over the cork bottoms. It lasts a lot longer than the cork that tends to degrade and fall apart a lot quicker. I can wear one insert beyond a year if I wanted to but I get new ones when I get new shoes. It’s awesome in my daily work shoes which are steel toes. You can imagine how uncomfortable those would be without this insert. It’s very cushiony but at the same time very sturdy and supportive. These are the thickest soles they make and I would t want to try or buy other brands or styles. I hope these inserts never go away. I’d say you should try it.

Helps my plantar fasciitis pain
These insoles have been invaluable with treating plantar fasciitis symptoms where other insoles failed. However, their price makes them hard to justify buying more than one pair because they’re almost as expensive as a pair of shoes themselves. They are easy to remove and transfer to another pair of shoes, which helps.

These insoles are pretty weird at first.
I have had these insoles for a month now. I am not someone who needs a hump on the side of my foot for support which is what these had. It was weird feeling at first but not painful and it will take about 3-4 days of walking around to break them in. I really like these insoles now and they are my favorite pair out of the other brands I've tried, Columbia, Super feet, Currex. Definitely recommend if you don't want to keep re-buying cheaper ones that give out, these are thick enough to last it seems. Will update review in a few months.

ground support for foot and heel pain
are you kidding? perhaps the single best thing in foot care needs since the shoe. if you have heel, ankle, or arch pain, step into these supports and feel your knee and hip being relieved and thanking you for it. whatever negative reviews here are about i don’t know. you’d have to not have a foot to not enjoy the experience. different materials and different thickness assures something for your needs. don’t waste time and pain on other lesser quality products. these are the best.

BUYER BEWARE -Defective and Sole refuses to make it right.
***UPDATE***If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service is not horrible, it's non-existent. Emailed sole directly who admitted it was a defect in manufacturing and to contact the seller on Amazon for help. I showed them a screenshot that they were the seller and they said they're Amazon team would help. So I contacted them here. They also claimed not to have my order number and therefore would not help me. After 3 days, 5 emails, 4 messages , and tons of frustration, I am still stuck with these defective insoles and SOLE refuses to make it right. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I cannot believe these people are still in business with this product and atrocious customer service. BUYER BEWARE. I have went ahead and bought SUPER FEET GREEN insoles and those are working great.Original review:So the Instructions on the box say to bake 2 to 3 minutes at 200⁰, then palace in the shoes so they mold to your foot. Followed the directions exactly, opened the door as the timer beeped and the left insole was ruined. Look at the pictures for reference.I have emailed the company and will update this review once I get a response, but for now 1*. Can't even wear them.I will say, prior to baking they felt really comfy, I was very excited to have them molded to my foot and am super bummed this happened, especially because these aren't cheap.
