This chair has met or exceeded all my expectations, especially given the price. The quality of packing was the first positive indicator - every part was carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it made the journey undamaged/unblemished. Assembly was straightforward using the fairly clear directions, though I do recommend having an extra pair of hands when attaching the seat assembly to the piston if possible. Once assembled the chair is rock-solid and sturdy, with a premium feel which in my opinion exceeds the asking price. It must be noted I used this chair as a base for a drafting chair project, in which I used a different drafting chair-height piston and foot ring, so I cannot attest to the quality of the original piston (though it looks fine). My only complaint build quality-wise is the headrest feels a bit wobbly when adjusted, but in practice I don't notice it, so I won't dock the rating. I contacted Gabrylly and they kindly sent a replacement headrest, which was certainly appreciated. It has the same "wobbliness", so I think it's safe to say this is a design decision rather than a single faulty unit. Still, it's hardly enough to keep me from recommending this chair.I work as a store manager for a retail pet supply company and the chair my predecessor left behind was, let's say, lacking. This chair is the replacement, and during a month of use has been flawless. The adjustable seat depth was crucial in my choosing this chair, as well as the lack of "3D" adjustable arm rests which in theory seem nice but, in my experience, wobble/change positions when unwanted and become an annoyance. I find the chair back has a very natural curve which provides some lumbar support but nothing too aggressive. If you feel more aggressive support is needed Gabrylly will kindly send you a good quality lumbar pillow (or rollerblade style wheels, you can choose one "bonus item/gift") which fits seamlessly into the chair. Another gesture of strong customer service/support I appreciate.The tilt function has a good default tension level giving enough resistance to not feel unsupportive but not so much that leaning back requires too much force. I do wish this chair had adjustable tilt tension, such as the under-seat adjustment knob many others do. Finding a chair with tilt tension, seat depth adjustment, and no wobbly weird "3D/4D" arm rests seemed impossible, at least for me, so I don't fault Gabrylly too much for this. Still, if a 2nd version had this feature, it would be much appreciated.In general, I really don't have any major criticisms of this chair. Its price does seem to fluctuate fairly often, at least as of early 2025, so do keep an eye for coupons/sales if it's a purchase you're seriously considering. If you're looking for a solid office chair with quality parts and customer support which is seemingly solid (time will truly be the test for this), I can fully recommend this chair.

Got this chair on sale during the holiday season. After endless days of comparing chair after chair I got fed up and settled on this one mainly for the mesh, arms that can lift and price. I'm so happy I ended up with this chair. I can lift the arms and lean back comfortably. The chair even let's you slide the bottom seat back and forth. Assembly was easy and everything was labeled and came with spare screws if needed. I love the design and feels like a great quality chair. Definitely recommend.

The first one was sold when I moved to an RV for full-time travel, and when we moved back into a house, I didn't bother shopping around—I went straight to my previous order. The chair fits perfectly and has adjustable depth and height for a customized experience. The arms raise, lower, and can be nested out of the way, although they don’t extend front to back like my previous chair did. For reference, I use the chair for full time computer work 7-10 hours per day.I can confidently say that these chairs are truly phenomenal! Every detail is well thought out, from the packaging that ensures everything arrives safely to the overall design. The assembly process was incredibly easy, and the quality is evident. It's clear a lot of effort went into creating a comfortable, professional seating experience. Gabrylly's customer service is also fantastic—they're responsive and attentive. I highly recommend Gabrylly for anyone in need of a top-notch chair!

Easy to put together with included T-handle hex driver and extra screws. Assembly direction was pretty clear. Has a little weight to it and built to last. Seat material mesh has a slight rubbery feel, chair seems to roll well too. A lot of adjustments and comfy. But I am surprised that it doesn’t have an adjustable Lumbar support.Would have subtracted 1/2 star but that’s not an option so -1 star. The lack of the adjustable support would not be a deal breaker.Overall a good buy and would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I chose this chair for the all mesh seat and the seat is horizontally adjustable! Simple lever to slide seat forward or backwards to make for a smaller or bigger seat for you (whatever your booty needs :P)! This feature stood out for me the most compared to this brand’s other more popular (very similar) office chair. I WFH 9 hour days and find this seat very comfortable and my body does not feel strained or fatigue during or after work. The mesh seat is the perfect amount of firm but also relaxed feel as you sit. Mesh is a little rough on skin so I bought a velvet seat cover that made it soft. The mesh feels very durable though so I don’t think the texture is a con, I just prefer the cotton cover feel. I am also able to sit with one or both legs underneath me so it’s very versatile. I tried office chairs that had lumbar support and found it was causing me pain. Not everyone needs lumbar support so be careful shopping because they are highly advertised for being ergonomic. The company will send a lumbar pillow if you find you need the support (from other reviews I’ve seen). I ended up taking the headrest off because I wear a lot of hair claw clips and was constantly bumping it and having to lean forward to dodge it. Chair is still very comfortable without headrest!! Very versatile! I think they’ll also send gliding wheels for free but I already had some from a previous purchase. The wheels do give the chair an extra inch of height so keep that in mind. I am 5’9 and this chair feels great. With the height and seat adjustments, shorter or taller can easily enjoy this chair. Great investment for your office if you’re looking!!!
