This is a great little belt. The Velcro is very strong. It helps with my lower back pain while I work out. I add some heat cream and boy Do I sweat out those toxins and the price is awesome. Will definitely buy again.

This sweat waist trainer is perfect! I use it when I’m exercising, and I’m telling you—it makes me sweat a lot around my belly area, just like I wanted. It fits snugly without being uncomfortable, stays in place during workouts, and really helps me feel like I’m getting the most out of my routine. Definitely a five-star product!

The media could not be loaded. I like how it makes me sweat, I think it will help with water retention, it does have a smell, but I scrub it with soap and it almost got rid off, maybe it be better next time I wash it away, but in this video it’s the first time I used it(walking 25 minutes) I like that doesn’t absorb the water in the inside.

I brought this item about a week ago, and it's very helpful, i wear it around my waist, when I'm at home, doing my house cleaning, vacuum etc. I could felt the difference from sweating, at the waist loss from my belly fat. Love it!

I used this thing for 30 minutes and when I took it off I didn’t realize just how much sweating was going on underneath until I saw a literal shower of sweat dripping off it. It’s super comfortable, and though it may look a little goofy at first it’s definitely a game changer for me. I’m a big girl (5’3, 230lbs) and I was initially worried it might not fit, but the XL size was perfect and even has some extra room so I think someone near the 300lb mark could use this (my highest is 260 so I can confidently say it would fit). It also helps with my backache pains while working out, so that’s a plus for me. For the way cheaper price point you literally cannot talk me down from recommending this one.
