I received today and already awaiting return approval. Approval? I need approval to return? Unfair! Product does not perform as shown on line and can be purchased under many manufacture names, same low quality product. Operating insturctions unclear and the product does not provide the amount of oxygen I need, if you can get it to work. After charging pushed operation button once charger light returned to red. I was so hopeful this was my answer but my mistake for rushing into a purchase. You get what you pay for and this is not worth what I paid.
