UPAIR One Plus 4K Drone with Camera for Adults, Quadcopter with APP WiFi Transmission, GPS Auto Return Home, Headless Mode， Altitude Hold Functions

For the price it is great. For a drone with follow me feature, gimball 4k camera that can be controlled up and down, good intelligent battery, good power, waypoint entry to establish a flight plan, it is about the best for its price range. I have had 5 drones so far and always upgrading to the next level. Upair is great with email customer support and there are allot of user level third party upgrades for the tech savy such as increasing the fpv range tec... it is a little slower on the aquisition of satellites and it appesrs that most of the negative ratings, at least for me were because of not acurately doing calibrations, improper controller settings, or too much wind as i have experienced most of the issues but didnt use proper controlling settings like trying to take off with the rth engaged, and not waiting for at least 13 satellites. Upair has an upgraded version for about $100 more that has more range and obstacle avoidance sensors. Since i have ordered many different drones, this is by far the best one yet for the price, but you really need to always keep then in sight. I have lost a few non gps assisted drones so i would recomend not to waste your $$$ as these styles have a rth function, and that is exactly where they possibly go.... back to china as they have headed that direction and never found them. Twice. Anyway, with the gps feature drones, the chances of unwanted flyaway seems to be reduced. The upair one plus 4k so far, 20 flghts seems to have some great features, follow me works great, flight planning is great and some day ill tell it to go over to mcdonalds and pick up a coffee.... good strong sturdy smartphone holder as others have broken on me from other styles. If you want to spend an extra $300 to $500 and get the same features from the industry mainstay dji phantom which the upair is comparable, then go for it. Remember, fly safe and use good common sense and judgment. All things that try to defeat gravity will at some point fail so fly in open areas in order to enjoy a worry free experience....

I was so excited about this drone for my boyfriend. The first drone (UPAIR ONE) we received had issues with the monitor, we returned in and then upgraded to the UPAIR ONE 4k PLUS that uses your phone instead f a screen. My boyfriend immediately noticed an issue with the battery not fully charging, after writing into customer service of course the battery charged. One flight and the drone dropped out of the sky at 30% battery life with no opportunity to safely land it. I paid close to 400$ for this version and I expect it to work. The customer service said they can send a replacement, I do not want a replacement since the last two did not work, I am assuming this one won't either. I will update on whether or not I get my money back or get stuck with another drone that doesn't work for a different reason.EDIT::Catherine from UPAIR has been very helpful and maintained constant contact with me through all of my issues. She has taken care of my needs in a timely manner. Customer service is very important for a company and this one excels. If you have any issues just make sure you report within your time frame and they are more than willing to assist. I changed my rating to 5 stars!

Value for money of course unisdr own you certainly are exceeding the product quality compared to the price that you have paid for it. I am happy that the drone is affordable but I'm also happy that the quality is good and the ability for it to last Hey long time if taken care of. For beginners well you'd 1st want to have some RC experience some cheap holiday toy drone experience so you can understand how to go up how to come down how to go left right forward back you know all that. So buying a cheap$20 drone and getting that variantes would probably be your best bet. Which that leads us into easy to learn why yes it is the controller itself is basic enough so you understand what every button does and how every joystick movement controls the drone. Everything is placed so you can easily get to it. While you're concentrating on your flight.

This Drone is ok, after a month 1/2 . The camera doesn’t work like it should. It keep saying “ camera is busy “ and no video shown on IPhone or iPad. ( screen is blank ) and the most dangerous of this drone is when you set it back to “gohome” and if it lands on a on surface platform the drone goes crazy and flips over. There is no way to turn off the props or “ propellers “ you cannot land this Drone on Grass / Dirt uneven ground. For some reason it thinks it’s not even on the ground surface and the propellers continue, and can’t turn them off. The only way to turn off the drone is Paul the battery very dangerous ....

Seemed like it could be a nice drone, but I either had a defective one or there was a battery issue. Had trouble getting the battery to charge some times. 1st flight was great, 2nd flight on return to home it hit the ground hard and flipped. 3rd flight was absolutely fine. 4th flight with battery fully charged it flew for less than 5 minutes and landed. 5th flight flew for about 12 minutes just before returning home it died about 100 feet off the ground plunging to its death! The battery was extremely hot when I picked it up.

Would love to leave a review however I go to charge the battery fully before using and the battery is bad. I plugged it in and the light indicator won't even show that it is plugged in. Basically got sent a bad battery as it looks right now. Amazon however is a good company and sending me another one so we shall see.Edit: I received the 2nd one today with the same problem. After searching youtube I discovered this is a common problem so buy with hesitation. I'm done with them.

It not work at all. Would stay on. The instructions that come with it are every poorly written.There is no support available for the product.So I had to send it back.
