'The All-rounder'
Out of all the diet and fitness journals I’ve come across, this one has been the best so far. It’s very sturdy and can handle being opened multiple times a day for tracking information. In the back, there's a handy section to record commonly consumed products, along with extra pages for additional product details or notes effective for noting down information from a doctor’s visit.I really appreciate the variety of boxes for tracking dietary details, like moods, energy levels, and water intake. However, this also comes with a few frustrations.First, I wish the journal was larger. While the current size is convenient for carrying in a purse, I’d prefer more room to jot down daily activities, like playing with my dog or other small moments.There’s also no place to record bedtimes or sleep quality, which are critical for a weight loss journey (as I’ve recently learned). Adding a dedicated space for this would be incredibly helpful.Additionally, there’s no section to track heart rates. I need a place to record low, high, and average heart rates, as this is vital for monitoring my fitness progress.Another feature I’d love is a separate area for tracking steps. While I could log steps in the cardio section, I don’t think of steps as cardio; rather, I see them as a reflection of how much I moved throughout the day. Some days are active, while others are more sedentary, and having a quick-glance summary would be ideal.I also think intensity minutes for both the day and week should be included, perhaps on the main calendar or at the top of the page. For example, a small box for recording weekly intensity minutes would be great. Since I’m working toward the goal of 150 minutes per week, I’ve started logging them manually on the left-hand page.Despite all my suggestions for improvement, I truly do like this journal. It’s one of the few that offers so much freedom for note-taking. I love the meal and snack tracking sections, complete with time slots (a feature my dietitian loved!). Plus, the spot at the bottom of the page to write a sentence or two about the day and something positive is a great touch.I hope a larger version of this journal with these added features is released in the future. Until then, I’ll definitely purchase another copy.

I really, really like this book! I enjoy keeping things neat and tidy, and this book has helped me make my workout plans way better! Before, I tried using different apps on my phone or just jotting things down in the notes app, but I didn't like how messy or confusing it got. But this book changed everything! It's super neat and clear, and it even looks nice! I think anyone who wants to keep track of their fitness journey would really like this book!

Practical and reliable
Well organised and it takes the headache out of keeping track of your fitness routines, gym logging, weight, food you have eaten, fluids, sleep, habits... the list is extensive. But this Fitness & Diet Planner has really pulled the stops out and taken the headache out of tracking & calorie counting. Well done Shenzation the book was sensational! I would definately recommend! Also comes with monthly habit trackers, reminder's and important things to remember, jeer you on. Well pleased I purchased this product.

Best fitness planner ever !!
Been using it for 7+ months and does the job better that all those apps to instill discipline.Also, design is brilliant along with size and ease of use. I would say this has been my best value for money purchase in the recent times

Best diet planner ever

Loved it. Its great designed planner
Bought it to keep me on track. it has monthly calendar reviews it has goal setting self care body image personal development checklists. You can track your foods, workouts - reps. Tracks weight, cardio your water energy activities fruit veggies sleep. Comes with habit trackers. Great value for the money.

Superb quality
I've had loads of log books but the paper is cheap and it gets messed up easily. This one, the paper is really good quality and the boxes are big enough to write in. I'll be buying another one once I've ran out of pages
