This mixer is huge, but even with a big bowl and with a big size it still can mix small amount of portion.The quality of the mixer is really really good and it’s really easy to use nothing hard to understand.Value for money. Works well.I Recommend this productAnd if you want that product to be movable, I recommend to buy a small heavy duty table on wheels so you can move your mixer —ex: from kitchen to pantry closet.

So far this has been a great machine. I can do 18 loaves of sourdough at a time with it. Hopefully it lasts longer than my Cuisinart. It's a heavy machine but very easy to use.

How can I order a replacement motor cover? Mine broke and I can’t seem to find where to order a new one

1. Minimum of 15 day for delivery and tracking sucks. 2. Packing and crate good. 3. Some fasteners are not painted or stainless. 4. Bowl locking arm are sharp and edges should be sanded. Locking arms poor design assembly. Arms utilize 6 or 7 lock nuts for spacers instead of a machined part. I will replace these myself if unit holds up. Bowl is not that easy to mount but eventually snaps in. 5. No real manual and no parts list which makes one wonder if parts are available.6. Documentation states 1000w while add says 1100w. 7. Elevating assembly not machined smooth and you have to lubricate to stop chatter when raising and lowering bowl assembly.8. First mix went surprisingly well handled two loaf batch of about 11 cups of flour and 3.5 cups water. Dough hook had proper tolerances and cleaned bowl. Have yet to try large batch of bagel dough.All these units are Hobart kickoffs at a fraction of used Hobart prices. The question is will they hold up. With only a short refund period start mixing immediately to see if it does. I will update the review after more evaluation.Have spent a lot of time with this mixer now and am impressed with its performance. I have done 5 loaf batches and large bagel batches and the 20 quart has held up nicely And saved me a lot of time. I have checked with the manufacturer and parts are available so should you need any they seem very responsive. So as it stands now this review is positive!!!!!

Although I already have a small, portable, handheld milk frother previously purchased a while ago from the large blue and yellow store, I didn't like the fact that it goes through batteries pretty quickly. So I ordered the Leevot rechargeable USB-C frother to eliminate the battery issue.Well! After charging it and inserting the frother bit - which, by the way, has TWO rows of coils, unlike the ONE row on my battery-run frothing unit - I heated some milk and began to froth.I had not anticipated how well this frother would do the job, and how quickly. Not only that, but the frother has 3 speeds, and as I was trying to turn the frother off I mistakenly went from the Low setting to Medium then High, with oodles of wonderfully frothed milk overflowing and spilling everywhere on the counter and cabinets.Now, this is a very good thing, it's nice to receive more from a product than expected. But I do have to add a cautionary note: if you are going from one type of frother to this brand, do be aware that it may produce a thicker, higher froth very quickly, and the secret to shut off the frother is to hold down the button for 3 seconds; don't panic and keep pushing all the different buttons like I did.Excellent value at current price of $9.99 and would make a great gift.

The media could not be loaded. I didn't buy this to froth milk. But I did try it with a few ounces of half and half and it frothed that up almost instantly on the high setting! So I'm giving 5 stars if you are buying it for that purpose. But for me the stem is way too short for mixing beverages. I mix collagen powder into my morning coffee. This would only work if I only filled the cup a 1/4 of the way. The whisk attachment works for beating eggs but to me it's not any better than just whisking eggs by hand with a fork.
