Died within a week followed all instructions.
This is not my first bonsai.arrived not healthy with leaves folded into box and browning not impressed at all Kept outside not to much sun not to much shade I also made sure not to over water and have had no problem with all other bonsais that I have. I believe this plant was all ready sick and dieng upon arrival I did everything I could to save it I think it was to far gone by the time I received it. I would like an exchange of refund please as I feel this was not worth my money to pay over 60 dollars for a dead plant is not good service or quality.

No blooms- timing is key
It all depends on when you buy them it seems. Bought ours early May hoping to still see blooms. Now will have to wait until next year to see what we get. Care instructions are ok but for a novice that could be a little more clear.

I was shipped a healthy plant that was packed amazingly well. I was worried when I found it on it's side on the front porch. But when I opened it, because of the packing, it was in prefect condition.I highly recommend this vendor!!

This is the beginner flowering Bonsai you'll want
Arrived in excellent health for a Mothers Day gift! Flourishing and growing like crazy in early morning to noon sunlight. Water daily. Great starter Bonsai! I'm shopping for my next tree type already!.

It died in 3 weeks. No response from the company in 9 days.
Birthday gift to my husband who generally has a green thumb. Within 3 weeks all the leaves fell off and the plant died. He did not let it dry out. Can you supply a replacement -- of the tree only, not the pot, etc. I had wanted to just ask this as a question to the seller rather than putting it as a review, but couldn't figure out how.Update: I emailed directly to the company on August 8 about this and it's been 9 days with no response.

Cheaper locally grown
This product is significantly cheaper local grown. Try that first if you can.
