The media could not be loaded. I'm a little worried that my two children might damage these things, even though I clearly instructed them not to use them as lightsabers. They feel a bit thin and are hard to see during the day, but they work well at night. I used rechargeable C batteries and the batteries haven't run out completely after several days. I assume my children didn't use them for a long time during the day, so they might have only used them for about 3 hours. The plastic looks thin but feels sturdy and durable. I will still handle them carefully to prevent the lenses from cracking prematurely. I like that I can choose between the constant-on mode and the flashing mode. Practical size and well made. Overall, they are sufficient for my needs. Great value for money.

I’ve been using this traffic wand for about 4 months now at my security job and it’s definitely bright - you can see this thing from way down the street at night which is exactly what I needed. The LED is really intense and the red light cuts through fog and rain pretty well. I like having the 3 different flash modes since sometimes you need that fast strobe to get someone’s attention quickly and other times the steady flash works better for directing traffic flow. The handle feels solid and the grip texture helps when my hands get sweaty during long shifts. Haven’t dropped it yet but the anti-roll design seems like it would work if I did. What impressed me is that it’s actually waterproof - got caught in a downpour last month and it kept working fine even though water got all over it. The battery life is really good too, I’m still on my first set of C batteries after all this time using it several hours a week. However, the battery compartment is kind of a pain to open and close - you need to really twist hard to get it sealed properly and I worry about stripping the threads. Also noticed some corrosion starting around the battery contacts even though they say it’s protected. The light output hasn’t dimmed yet but I’m keeping an eye on it. For directing traffic and parking duties it does the job well and people definitely see me coming from a distance.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

These are exactly what I hope to use to assist with parking. It doesn't need install, ready to use. They are very useful when reversing in the parking lot during dusk and night. They are very bright, allowing me to give my husband instructions on the direction to reverse. They are interesting and can be used as either regular lights or flashing lights. They do indeed require two C batteries. It looks very sturdy and can withstand drops. We have been using it for over a week and the batteries are performing well. The anti-slip effect of the handle is good, and it still maintains a good grip even when sweaty in the hand. So far, we haven't tested its waterproof performance. But overall, they are quite good. They are lightweight, bright, of the right size, and have a good value for money.

Product was great initially. Then 3 rd time at use would not come on. I changed batteries 2 times. On both wands. Thought it was me but item was definitely defective

I have purchased so many wands constructed of flimsy plastic to use for traffic control. They last a few months and then the cap comes off or the handle cracks. Then one day I saw this exact model #L8800 being used by ground crew at the airport. These marshalling wands are made of sturdy plastic from top to bottom. They have 3 flashing modes (Solid, slow, and fast) The only issue I discovered is that if you leave them out in direct sunlight for an extended period of time, the plastic will start to fade. As you can see in the photo, all three of these are the same age. The one on the right got left in the bed of a security truck for about a month. Still works just fine, just not as brightly orange. Wish they made them in red and green.

These are perfect. They do not fall apart like some other ones. They are light and durable. I bought rechargeable batteries, each battery has it's own built in charger port. Just plug in and charge. The light it emits is way bright enough for night use.

I tested them out on a late evening walk, and the glow reaches way beyond what I expected, easily visible from over a kilometer away. It gave me peace of mind knowing drivers or pedestrians wouldn’t miss the signal, even from a distance.Holding them feels secure thanks to the no-slip grip, which is great because I’m notoriously clumsy and was worried I’d drop them. But even if they roll away, the anti-roll design saved me from chasing them down the street. Bonus: they’re actually waterproof, so I wasn’t afraid to take them out during a sudden drizzle without worrying about ruining them.The battery life is impressive too. They keep flashing brightly for hours on end without flickering or dimming, so you’re not constantly swapping batteries in the middle of a shift or event. Plus, the three flashing modes mean you can tailor the light pattern depending on how urgent or calm you want the signal to be.

They make him more visible and it works much better than just hand signals. It doesn't even need to be very dark for it to help. Even in the twilight when the sun is going down, it makes it so much easier. The battery life is great and each wand only requires 2 c batteries.
