Get this! I took two of these last night before bed as instructed and next day they are working! My bowels are regular but I suffer from bloating. I had my gallbladder removed so things are a little funny sometimes gut wise. After one dose I can already feel the bloating is subsiding. I feel relief like my gut is emptied. I will continue for the 15 days but I don’t think 2 a day will be needed. Great product so far.

This product is very good, it helps me a lot. I have already bought it many times. It is the best if you have pain, but then it cleans you very well.

Okay so I made the mistake of taking two capsules on the first night (please do not do that) Start With One Please, I'm writing this review from my toilet and the time is 5:01 am I Took two capsules around 9pm not even 8 hours later I'm awaken because I thought I heard my dryer on with shoes in them nope it was my stomach boy oh boy the bubbling and growling along with mild cramping and immediately after I sat up the cramps intensified I got up when to the bathroom and started to feel nauseous sat on the toilet and boom the biggest explosion ever I have chills and sweats it's feels like someone is performing an excorcism on my geez I'm not doing this again it works but it works a little to well.proceed with caution!!!!

I weight myself this time before taking this and I’m on day 2 and lost 5 pounds already. I have taken these in the past from ordering off the tik tok shop and already know what to expect. I wouldn’t recommend talking 2 capsules within a 24 hour period, that’s how well they work.. taking one a day is fine. The stomach cramping and pain everyone talks about is just the intestinal tract contracting to move things along. Drink plenty water and you should be fine. Other than that this is the only product I recommend for those with constipation and want a jump start on their health journey.

I started off with 1 capsule. I intended to take daily, but stomach cramps were too uncomfortable so I ended up doing every other day. I did not finish bottle as I switched to another product that offers detox and Chlorophyll benefits. Back to the review, I was taking it at bedtime before 8pm so the cramps could finish before my work day next morning. I had a BM atleast twice in 1 day. For me that was improvement as I was only going once every few days. My body may could have went more if I took the recommended dose every day, but again cramps not worth it.
