My first impression of these was admiring how silky soft the booties are as well as wondering if they’d actually fit my size 8.5-9ish feet; they look very tiny! While they do fit my feet, there’s not a lot of room at the toe end, so if your feet are larger than 9.5, these may not fit very well. On the box it says “one size fits most,” but I don’t think that’s accurate. The Amazon page for this does differ from the packaging and suggests sizes 6-8, but I still don't think that's accurate either.The inner bags that go inside each boot are removed through the sole. The packaging makes a point to remind you not to heat up the entire boot, just the inserts. To microwave them, they recommend heating for 30 to 120 seconds with a half cup of water that has also been placed inside the microwave. I don’t recommend walking with these on your feet. I think they’re definitely meant for just having on your feet as you recline luxuriously on the couch. They do feel great on, like a spa treatment for tired feet! The box notes that the inserts can be stored in the freezer overnight for cold therapy, and that too is awesome. I put them in a resealable plastic bag and label it so no one tries anything they might regret.

These are so super soft to the touch! The warming isn't as strong as I expected when I heated the pads according to the instructions, but it's still pleasant enough for lounging, especially when paired with snuggling under a heated blanket. The lavender smells wonderful as well. You definitely do NOT want to walk around at all while wearing them, however. Beyond the fact that they would fall apart pretty fast if you did (they're well made, but clearly not intended to handle the wear and tear of walking around the house), the clay pouch in the bottom is very uncomfortable on your feet if you stand up on them without taking it out first. The clay for warming/cooling is very hard and doesn't distribute evenly in the fabric bag holding it, which makes for a very unstable and uncomfortable sole even for taking a few quick steps across the room. This makes them a little ungainly to use, as if you need to go to the bathroom or grab something from across the room you'll want to take them off, do what you need to, and then put them back on once you're ready to sit back down to relax more. Also, I wish they offered these in larger sizes. They fit me great, but my husband who is constantly complaining of having cold feet can't wear them because his feet are too big.As long as all you're wanting to do is to sit, put your feet up, and enjoy some warmth or cooling on your feet with nice scents (and you don't have too big of feet) these are wonderful, and that's exactly (and only) what they're designed to do.

I got these for myself, but they don't fit so I gave them to my sister. She wears an 8 and they barely fit. They're soft and the smell is nice. The soles aren't meant for walking on and if you try, it's uncomfortable due to the beads. Once you've heated the inserts, then you need to sit down and put your feet up. It stays warm for about thirty minutes, maybe 45 if you have your feet under a blanket. They are nicely packaged and do make a nice pampering gift for someone with smaller feet.

This is an ideal gift for someone who just loves to lounge and has cold or warm feet. These slippers are soft and plushy and very elegant. The insert can be microwaved or frozen and placed in the slipper. It's not meant for walking, but just relaxing. It comes in a nice box and would be a great gift.

I was given these as a gift. The lavender infused inserts are grainy and extremely uncomfortable to the soles of the foot. I do not recommend these at all.

These are soft and comfy. It is difficult to walk with the packs in. But they are easy to carry and then put on. Its a nice spa treat

This was a gift for my mother in law who is in her 80s. She loves them and I really like them too. She says they are comfortable to wear and they are soft to the touch. She is always cold so this helps her keep her feet warm. They smell amazing and it is SO convient that you canmicrowave them OR toss them in the fridge for a cooler feeling. The instructions on how to warm, cool, and wash are all very easy to understand and actually in Enlglish. Overall very happy and would order from seller again.
