Amazon is the best!!
This is the most thorough list of foods Gluten, Calories, Carbs and Dietary fibers. I am tired of numerous sheets of nutritional content to find the one I was looking for. This 'book' is very easy to read, full of helpful information, easy to understand with a very low price for the product! I received mine the next day. I am thankful I purchased one for myself and another for my sister. We compare different recipes determining which is better for the body. She loves hers as well!Look no further as these are the best! Highly recommended!

Very helpful!
I have IBS and this laminated food list is so helpful. The fold-out list of foods is extensive. Covers many Low, Moderate and High Fodmap foods. Also lists Gluten, Calories, Carbs and Dietary Fiber. There is a helpful "How to Use This List" box. It's a great addition to a Fodmap cookbook and something explaining the Fodmap concept. In addition to the fold-out list there is a separate laminated shopping list. There is a box down the side of the list giving many suggestions for shopping for the Fodmap foods. As a Diabetic I must choose carefully from the list. Quite a few yummy snacks included. Very tempting!Seems very durable for taking on multiple shopping trips.

A great help for choosing FODMAP safe food
I have just been diagnosed with IBS. This list is so concise. It is laminated to protect it from wear. A separate laminated card would work as a shopping list of FODMAP safe foods. A great help for choosing foods.

This has some errors in the list.
My GI doctor recently added low FODMAP to my dietary restrictions. I’m also celiac and allergic to wheat. I’ve been eating gluten-free for 10 years and have become familiar with what I can eat. This list shows several items as having gluten even though they are naturally gluten-free, such as teff flour, tapioca starch, lupin flour, and rice flour, to name a few. It also shows fenugreek as a dried fruit. It’s a legume, not fruit. It also has dried oregano as a dried fruit. Oregano is an herb. If you purchase this, it’s still largely useful, but know that it has some errors where gluten content is concerned, and a few items wrongly categorized.
