Works great so far!
This is the second Zebra ZD411. The first one was delivered in Oct 2024 and didn’t work right from the start. It was also $70 cheaper. I reluctantly ordered the same model but from a different seller nd have had NO problems as of yet !

Solid label printer
This label printer has a very solid high quality feel to it. Now that I own one I see it being used frequently in various stores so it also appears to be a popular choice at places where it gets constant daily use. That bodes well for its longevity. The included software isn't great but it works. The printer and software both seem like something I'd have seen 10-15 years ago so it's not the most flashy choice but more of a workhorse when you need a tested printer design that won't give out on you. The print quality is only 203dpi but looks decent for a label printer. The price seems a little on the high side for the functionality and included software, but for the solid high quality build it doesn't seem way out of line.

Workhorse Zebra Printer
I am using this Zebra printer to print barcode labels and it prints up to 4 hours a day constant with no issues. Zebra Quality in their products never disappoints and the longevity of their products is high and above less costly brands.Printer is easy to setup ... their software can take a little getting used to but is fairly intuitive once you get it. I like that the printer has a small footprint ... unlike some that take up way too much counter / desk space. You can connect via Bluetooth but I always prefer using the USB connection as it provides for more stability. This is a personal preference.Labels come out clean and crisp. I haven't had any hiccups with setup or use and it cranks the labels out.Would highly recommend. 5 STARS

Doesn’t work on MACs
Does not work on MAC. They say that they do with the specific cups driver, but this is not the case. It just printed super grainy images that were uncashable and illegible. We spent over five hours on tech-support with zebra directly and they said that it just is not gonna ever work on our Mac.

A great printer for small labels, but somewhat antiquated app and software
I had another label printer that I used for a long time, but it was very slow to print. I decided on this item because it is a thermal printer versus needing to buy ink every couple of months. Unlike others who said that they had an issue with connecting to the printer in particular IOS, I was able to immediately connect with my iPhone and adjust the print settings. They included a USB drive for PC software, but that is the limiting factor for this item since the method is more complicated than most companies that use software to connect to their products given most are an online download now. The next issue I ran into is that there was no starter pack of labels to use, I had to read the description again to see if maybe I received a returned item and the labels were removed, but there was no labels in the description so that is disappointing for an item that is listed at $300 and doesn't let you get started immediately when opening the box. So I had to run to the store and find a roll of labels that would fit since all I had was a brick of labels for my other printer. After feeding the labels into the printer, it worked seamlessly and I ran into no other issues. I do think that this is a great item for small stores with point of sale receipts, small businesses that ships items including a home office. I do think that the manufacturer should spend more time making the app and software more user friendly and include everything needed to get started right out of the box.

Great compact thermal printer.
This Zebra ZD411 Direct Thermal Label Printer appears to have a great build quality. It's relatively simple to set up and use, and the different connectivity options make it a very versatile thermal printer to suit different needs. The print quality is great, and I really like that I don't have to buy expensive ink cartridges for it. Overall, I think this is a great quality thermal printer, and I'm very happy with it.

printer works great and even comes with software
we use zebra printers at work, but i wanted one at home for my home based business. this is exactly what i needed and saves a ton of time. the software takes time to learn, but it's decent. the prints come out really good but you may need to adjust the darkness to your liking in the settings. this will even do photos on the labels. they basically come out comic book style. it prints extremely fast. i've printed probably about 200 or so labels and ive not had any issues at all.
