Amazon needs to stop selling this item when it arrived I thought how great it looked ,very well made I thought but this was not the case .The lights with a true derma roller that had needles and not cogs that tear skin and cause scarring and infections would have been great. This thing also vibrated, imagine needles in your skin vibrating,tears are going to happen. .As soon as I ran it across my forehead I knew something was very wrong.Appalling that these products are not tested before been allowed to trade.All the money Amazon makes and it allows products that are this dangerous to be sold to unsuspecting customers is outrageous.Each seller should submit their product for testing and I don't mean on Amazon vine testers but someone who are going to check for cogs and features that cause harm.Adding that Amazon needs to start being more alert I told how this was an extremely dangerous product and yet they are still selling or allowing it to be sold.First of all it is cogs not needles which is very dangerous and if you use derma rollers you should realise that vibration while needing is a ridiculous idea little needles that shake will cause tears ,which could and most probably will cause infection and scarring.Anybody reading this please report it as I have never come across a more dangerous product than this on Amazon as of yet and hope I won't in the future.AMAZON YOU NEED TO BAN THIS PRODUCT.

This is a very well-made bit of kit..I ordered it for my wife who yet has to gather the nerve to use it!It comes well packaged and I did try it on my beard and face with no visible signs of hair growth so far..But it is early days yet.Yes its a bit pricey but it does seem to have a good effect on the skin so fingers crossed!

This is a high quality dermo roller which arrived quickly and well packaged.The product is made of premium materials which gives it a high quality feel. In the package is a USB A plug, a USB A to C lead, two heads, and the actual device.The device itself uses light technology as well as the microneedling head with different settings to produce different effects on the skin.I haven't had it long enough to report on any increase in hair growth but it definitely has an immediate effect on skin quality.I highly recommend this product!
