Barry M Cosmetics Under The Sea Nail Paint, Butterflyfish

I bought 2 of the Under the sea range and love them. The photo is Pacific Flame and I also got jellyfish . This is just 1 coat on top of Barry M’s All in One Basecoat, Topcoat & Nail Hardener. I like just one layer as i prefer a more subtle look. This is a very pretty colour as is jellyfish which is more delicate with a hint of pink and blue. It applies very easily and dries quickly. If putting a coat of the All in one on top it must be properly fully dried! I tend to put my polish on about 30 mins before bed then there is no chance of catching it until it’s fully dried. Then I put the topcoat on in the morning as that dries really fast. Great price and speedy delivery. What’s not to like

Absolutely love this range of nail polish. Loads of interesting colours and they last well.

Pretty effect, does need a few coats to bring out the colour more, or one ok if you just want an understated colour on nails. Not sure will last too many days before chips but would say about comparable for this price range.

Really liked this, it’s really good quality, stayed on without chipping for ages. It does have a gold sheen to it

What's not to love about Barry M's Under the Sea nail colours?This polish is vegan, non-toxic and also very affordable compared to other posh brands.The colours are gorgeous. Jellyfish is very pretty iridescent and subtle. One sheer or 2 thin coats works for me, without a basecoat because its not a dark, staining shade, and it lasts for ages with 1-3 clear LED gel topcoats on top.(This is how I do my nails - so much faster). Regular polish can be combined in use with gel polish, AS LONG AS THE REGULAR VARISH IS PERFECTLY DRY BEFORE APPLING THE GEL over it.The gel is very tough and flexible so it doesn't chip or wear and you can build up a nice thick protective nail coat so quickly with a curing light. (1 minute to dry each topcoat)... This method dramatically cuts down the time it needs to get thoroughly cured polish.Another big advantage of using regular-drying polish underneath is that after a week of washing up bathing and washing hair I find the the colour simply falls off in one piece , like a thin fake nail, without having to faff around with filing and soaking the gel polish forever with harsh acetone, or polish remover. I find that nail polish remover really dries my nails out too, but usually I pick it off that and it leaves a rough nail surface... either way, regular nail polish by itself wears badly, but most of all takes hours to dry and properly cure after painting more than 2 coats... base + 2/colour + topcoat, I just don't have the patience and after hours of effort end up wrecking h the manicure.I need to use a polish to help protect my nails so I can play the guitar.I really love these Under the Sea shades because they are so pretty to be worn with just one sheer coat. Other polishes don't seem to last quite as long under the gel.

To start with the colour, it was really nice, value for money very good untill you go to user it, unfortunately it was very thick and sticky, very hard to apply.

Gorgeous colour, easy to apply, and with a base coat and top coat, it lasted longer than I expected without chipping.

It’s the second time I’ve purchased this nail varnish. It’s a perfect colour for summer, goes on well and looks lovely. I get compliments from friend as to tge pretty colour. Two coats is perfect and it doesn’t chip off too fast.

Ce vernis à ongles classique rose est tout simplement sublime, autant sur ongles courts que longs. Au soleil il fait des jolis reflets dorés. J'adore...

The media could not be loaded. Lo smalto devo ancora provarlo, ma ho notato che il tappo non è lo stesso della foto. Delusa... speriamo che almeno lo smalto, una volta messo sulle unghie duri...

Después de probar varias veces este esmalte os detallo lo que me gusta y lo que no.Lo que me ha gustado:👍 Buen pincel.👍 Olor normal.👍 Secado rápido.👍 Es casi transparente pero deja un color muy bonito con reflejos rosas y amarillos. En las fotos se puede ver cómo queda con una capa y con 2.👍 A mí me suele durar bien una semana fácilmente.👍 Encima de otros colores les da un toque muy bonito.👍 Bote "grande" 10 ml.👍 Buena textura y liquidez.Lo que no me convence:👎 El precio. A 9.63 € que lo compré yo, me parece caro.Espero que mi opinión te haya sido útil ☺️

Schöne Farbe. Fläschchen sieht sehr hübsch aus. Ideal zum Verschenken.

Me ha gustado mucho. Lo compre sin haber visto el color al natural, solo en videos. No es del tipo purpurina, holografico o brillantina, es como un irisado (escamas de sirena ;) de varios tonos precioso. A la luz del sol para mi es como mas se aprecian los tonos que tiene. Recomiendo dos capas porque con una el efecto es muy sutil. Si lo usas con una base clara (uso una blanco/malva) tambien queda precioso. Saber que es vegano, cruelty free y sin toxicos pues ya me parece perfecto. Por decir algo negativo, dire que quiza es algo lento en secarse, pero lo compensa con la duracion. A mi es de los unicos que me duran una semana...
