Good product, would recommend
This is the first wheelchair and first electric one. Did a lot of research to decide what type we needed and never thought of looking on Amazon, but glad we did. This is very easy to put up and pack away, but our experience for putting it in the car was to remove the batteries as it is heavy with them in. The wheels are not solid tyres and with the spring suspension it provides a comfortable ride, the most important factor for us. The batteries were giving us a good duration of usable power, with us using one battery for a day out at bird world, and one for a day at Brighton. The joystick control is good, and overall we are pleased with the purchase. It's not the cheapest, but it's far better than the more expensive ones where we feel you get less for your money, so good value in our opinion.

Arrived earlier than expected
Item arrived earlier than expected. Boxed and sealed. As described. Carbon fibre look, looks amazing. Downfall, it has pneumatic rear tyres instead of solid rear tyres so one is prone to punctures

A bit heavy but otherwise great
Does everything I wanted it to do. Comfortable but yes you do have to remove the bottom cushion to fold completely. It's too heavy to lift into the car, going to get a ramp for getting it in and out easier. It freewheels great, only a tiny bit harder than pushing a pushchair as I needed something I could push until I can't walk. Plenty of storage and space to add extra storage. Really good value for the price, comes with two batteries to keep you going for longer. Can just about get it through the house manually, wouldn't want to try doing it on the electric, but we have narrow corridors. Comes with a little tool kit and a storage bag underneath. As a disabled single parent this is going to enable us to get out and about so much more without having to worry about how far I can walk today. My toddler is able to sit on my lap using a five point harness soft car seat thing so we are both secured with a seatbelt and the chair has no problems carrying the both of us.

Looking for help
Looking for help with a service agent in the Cheshire east/south Manchester area that could assist with repairing a puncture in my electric wheelchair. Covered under my insurance but Ableworld are unable to help

Suitability
This product was exactly as advertised, easy to unpack and runs well. Only downside not mentioned is that the seat cushion has to be removed to fold it up
