Domestic Corner - Vienne Automatic Milk Frother and Heater

I did like this machine, but after using it a for a few months the inside coating is partially gone. It was wash by hand with water and a soft piece of cloth. This is a rip off.

Now this is a very good frother I had tried another one which broke after about a month. But this one has held up and works very well. It gives me the nice fluffy topping for my coffee that I want.UPDATE::::: Well it is now 8 months later and it is still working great. It makes beautiful froth every morning for my coffee. I use liquid non-dairy creamer and liquid flavoring. It is wonderfulUPDATE: A YEAR AND A HALF LATER , I have nothing but high praise for this item. It's going strong, makes wonderful, heated froth.The only thing I had to replace was the little frother blade, but I use it multiple times a day, so that's not surprising. I LOVE IT, and highly recommend it.

So far so good with the Vienne product. I had to buy a new frother as our previous one didn't heat the milk hot enough. This brother seems to do the job nicely and am happy with the product! We still froth the milk with a hand brother after its been through a cycle as the milk doesn't froth a lot. Cleans easily and is juts the right size for a 20 ounce cup.

I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews but it seems like a pretty good little machine. I press the 'hot' button twice in the morning so my coffee stays hotter longer and use almond milk and it's nice and hot with a little bit of foam.update: 08/31/17This little guy is still going strong! I totally love it and surprised at how long it's lasted since I use it almost every day. I don't wash it with soap and water. After I heat/froth my milk I rinse it out with hot water right away and let it air dry on it's stand. Maybe that helps it's longevity?Update: 01/15/2020I freakin love this thing. They dont make anything to last as long as this little guy has. I'm so beyond impressed with this machine. If you're on the fence about it, honestly go for it. If/when mine calls it quits I'll be buying the same exact one again. Thanks for such a great product!

Pros: What I like best about this frother is that it makes thick, sturdy froth that doesn't dissipate the minute you add it to a hot beverage. From one heating, I was able to produce a thick foam for two wide cups of coffee. The unit is easy to use -- only 2 options, froth or heat and the button is easy to use. Light is easy to see, so no problem knowing when your milk is done. Washes up very easily and the froth spring is easy to remove to wash and replace. Cleaning takes <2 minutes. The unit is so quiet, it's magical. Cons: The max fill lines are inside of the unit. There is a little "spring" image which is the max for frothing. I did not notice this until I used it about 10x and therefore overfilled at least a few times. My fault, just passing on my lesson learned to others. I have been using this daily for about a month now and love it!
