Q: Can i router this to fit my 1979 nautique dash shape? can i drill it and set screw drill it for mounting? what will the touted edge look like?

Yes you can. The panel is easy to cut, route and drill. Once routed, the edge will be black but the panel is the wood finish.

Q: Can you cut this for me 9 x 12 need 2 same size

Unfortunately we can not cut the size you requested. However, we sell 1/2 sheets which is a 24" x 24" x 3/16"

Q: The dash on my boat is curved, is this flexible enough to not crack?

You could use a heat gun and heat the backside and make it the shape you need luckily mine are all flat.

Q: What type of glue do you recommend for this?

The substrate is ABS plastic. If you google "recommended adhesives for ABS plastic applied to X (your part). 3M has the best options.
