I love bob!
Cutest router on the planet. Usually router/modems are ugly but this one is cute, petit, and functional. I bought it for my studio and Bob gives me good wifi connection and he's cute to look at! Also, the set up website is adorable and Minion theme!

Come on, just look at it
Like a lot of the reviews, I mainly bought this to have a 6E router that my VR headset could use exclusively, for a whole list of niche reasons that frankly I don't understand nearly enough to explain. But beyond that, it's a solid router with easy to use software, and it has good enough signal strength that it's probably just as good as a normal router.I think if this were just some mediocre budget router that was riding on the fact that it looks like a minion, it would be really funny, but the fact that it's a genuinely solid router for its price point that just happens to look like a big minion figurine is honestly hysterical. I love this thing.

Will not connect
I've spent 3 plus hours trying to get this set up. The web page will not load. I have tried contacting their support and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone real, just a search bar that keeps bring up nothing found in the search results. It keeps searching for an Ip address and says connected without internet. It should not be this difficult to get this thing working. Especially since it's basically plug and play!If I could give it a negative star, it would be about a -3 at this point. Absolutely no support to speak of, and the set-up manual has no troubleshooting and is vague at best. At this point it's just a glorified paper weight.

Cheapest, coolest 6E wifi router.
Kevin is the cheapest, coolest looking 6E wifi router out there. I bought this to connect my Meta QUest 3 to my PC without a wire. Massive improvement in lag and graphics due to less latency than even a USB wired connection. I took one star off because setup pretty much requires a phone and getting to the menus isn't as easy as it should be. But the router part works flawlessly.

Involved setup, worth it
The setup on these was a little more tricky than other routers on the market but ultimately it was worth it. Strong signal throughout a 1500 sqft 2-level home with one. We both 3 and have ultimately set them all up and have been using them for several days now. No issues with connectivity and they're SO CUTE. Would recommend purchase with a note that setup by a tech savvy person may be required.

Great Speed and Cute Display!!!
Well first of all, I didnt know that someone would turn The Minion into a WiFi Access Point Router instead of a plain boring router so FIVE STARS for that company in South Korea!!!I also didn't know that you can create FOUR private networks separately for 2.4GHz and 5GHz (so Four ssid of 2.4GHz and Four ssid of 5GHz) thats equal to 8 Private networks in total like woah because most wifi mesh/access points or extender that I see only allows you to create only two ssid. The wifi 6 speed is actually very fast and low pings for gaming, streaming and working. I get around like 1200 Mbps for both download speed and upload speed if I'm closer to the router but if I'm downstairs, I actually get around like 288-600 Mbps upload and 864 download.Other than that, I have no problems yet.

Works great for Quest 3
I bought this mainly as a dedicated router for wireless PCVR on my Quest 3. I tried using other options before buying this, none of them provided a satisfactory experience or felt "just right". This thing does.It is connected to my PC via ethernet. I set it up to only broadcast on the 6ghz channel and only have my Quest 3 connected to it. I messed with a few of the setting based on some guides I found around the internet. I use Virtual Desktop and get ~35ms latency, depending on codec and game. It's crazy how good this router is. It's simple, relatively inexpensive (especially compared to the $300 router I tried before this one), and functions exceptionally well. I would recommend this if you are planning to use it in a similar way. Other than my PC and Quest 3 (and briefly my Android phone) and I haven't tried connecting many devices to it but it seems like it would function well as a traditional router.I have never used or heard of Davolink before, but they now have my attention.Bonus: it doesn't even look like a router, just a Minion themed decoration in the office.
