This definitely suppresses my appetite. I would not be able to maintain the calorie deficit necessary for me to lose weight without Berberine. I like that this is the maximum dose and that I don't have to take more than 1/day.

Helps with maintaining gut health and appetite

Not sure if side effects outweighs the benefits. Three weeks in taking it I’m having heart burns that will wake me up at night. I usually don’t have stomach issues, eat a clean diet and don’t go to bed until at least 3-4 hours after my meal. Did not have any other major side effects, but this one is making me rethink to continue taking it to see if any actual benefit will come from it. Recommendations are to take it for at least 12 weeks before any relevant improvement in blood sugar levels or weight loss. The tablets are easy to swallow and they don’t have any after taste. I’ve been taking them with my meals thinking it would have less of a chance to cause any digestive issues.

Great product. Helped curve my cravings. Lost a little body fat. But once you start taking it don’t stop.
