Oh my goodness. I have never received such awesome, or quick, customer service before. I called Stanley because the position of the straw and sip hole in relation to the handle was a problem for my injured right hand. I was a bit disappointed when I was presented with the option to press a key for a call back. The call back came immediately. I wish I could have gotten the name of the person who called me because she is amazing. I didn’t do the best job of explaining the problem but she understood immediately and explained what I needed to do so clearly I could solve my problem with no problem at all.For all the other “lefties” out there there’s no need to request a left-hand threaded lid. Just position the “hole” where you want it to end up and twist. Easy-peasy.I have more good things to say, too. This cup keeps the ice in an iced drink frozen longer than the ice in the “other brand” 40 oz cup I purchased from my husband (because it had a romantic saying on it) and it’s lighter, too. Also, said husband accidentally knocked my cup, containing water, off the counter. It landed upside down and did not leak.It doesn’t fit in a standard cup holder but an adapter was easy to find.

After using many other brands, I purchased this to see if it was worth it. I was amazed at the quality and that it will keep drinks cold for hours. For me, it was worth the extra money.

Love it! Have used for a few months religiously and still in great shape. Really fun to put stickers on and make it my own. I dropped it one time and the straw bent but it still works and didn’t need to be replaced.

This cup has encouraged me to drink so much water its NUTS. I wanted a solid cup to bring around work that fit in my backpack, but also fit in my car cup holder. This is literally perfect. Perfect size (20oz) for enough water, perfect for my car, and perfect as an emotional support water bottle

My best thermos yet for my hot morning coffeee. Mainly, for me , the fact that it has a straw that is compatible with a hot coffee…. It’s always the iced coffee only tumblers that get the straw….not now! I LOVE the size of this…perfection, holds the heat nicely ( not as long as a non - straw thermos…makes sense , though ) , the price was right , and the color options are sooo delightful. It’s very simple to take a part and clean , and looks just as nice as the day I bought it.

I bought this postpartum because I was so thirsty and so sick of having to fill my water bottle up. Breast-feeding makes me so thirsty so I would fill this up in the beginning of the day and only have to fill it up one more time and get plenty of water, but here's the thing it is absolutely ginormous! Look at the picture of the girl taking it to her work. She is lugging it and is some sort of an electrician, but I think it is designed to be like if you had to be on site as a plumber or something all day and only had one water bottle. But the rose gold color is very pretty and I still find myself breaking it out on weekends when I need to be gone all day with the kids or clean the house top to bottom and don't wanna have to fill my water up a bunch. I just imagine that this wouldn't fit in most people's water bottle holder in their car. And it is kind of embarrassingly large like I get comments everywhere I go at work or around town like could your water bottle be any bigger?!? 😂😂

I hate to be pretentious, but this is a great cup. It does keep ice overnight. The color is great, it fits in my cupholder in my car. I never thought I'd be one of THOSE Stanley people, however, a good product is a good product.
