Product worked well on the trip. The Product never got hot, the length of the cord was long which was good.

I had received a tire air compressor as a gift but it requires running the car and using the car battery via the cigarette lighter. With this adapter I was able to run the air compressor just fine without having to run down the battery of my car and risk having to jump it. The connection was good you might have to play around with it to get it connected and powered and not move it too much once you’ve got it.

This works great to power my 12v devices.

We bought this in Oct of 2022, we used it one time. Now we want to use it again in Nov of 2023 and it will not work. We contacted the seller and they sent us a new one right away. Received the new one mid to late November and during testing November 2023, the new one seems to be working well!

BOUGHT IT FOR AN ACCESSORY AND IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. THE ITEM WOULD TURN ON FOR 1 SECOND AND THEN DIE. THE ITEM WAS TESTED VIA OTHER MEANS AND IT DID WORK BUT NOT WITH THIS ADAPTER. AT LEAST THEY ALLOWED US TO RETURN IT, THAT'S THE REASON I'D GIVE IT 1 STAR. I'D GIVE IT ZERO IF I COULD.

I use it to power my remote Astrophotography observation equipment. It does great in the absence of climate control. Deliveres the expected 20 watts of power without a hiccup. Half the price of similar units.

I used this product with a Schumacker OBD 2 On-Board-Diagnostics 2 Memory saver on my2016 Toyota Tacoma SR5. I plugged the male cigarette lighter adapter into this product which has to beplugged into an AC ext. cord for power, 110/120 volt and comes out as 12V DC power. It worked great to save all my settings in my vehicle such as Radio XM, and all other items and only had to change the clock time. All other settings were good to go. I had 2nd thoughts in doing this but it worked out fine. I would suggest doing some homework before using these items on your car/truck. Other than resetting the clock all went well, as it worked out for me. Thanks, to those who answered my questions I had before doing this.

I got the bigger 45 amp version to run a 12v DC refrigeration unit; I cut off the cigarette lighter plug and spliced it in. And, so far it works perfectly. This unit has a cooling fan (just a tad noisy) that comes on only at the higher amperage (which the refrigeration unit uses). Great price, hope it lasts.
