Great product!! It was very easy to assemble, heats up quickly, and is easy to use. Great value for the money! I initially had a few support bars that were not included in my product, but the seller was very responsive and quickly sent my replacement parts and corrected all issues.

Best affordable sauna iv found that works really well. Way better than steam sauna to me where it goes 140 making you actually sweat.Also my temp went out and the company replaced the motherboard and temp gauge so they earned their 5 🌟

We have a full size IR sauna built into our vacation property and know how a high end sauna should feel. We want a small sauna for our home and instead of opting for one of the wood mini saunas we wanted to try this. We were quite skeptical to get this but since it’s returnable, we thought, why not give it a try.The good: it heats up to 40 Degrees Celsius in 10 minutes which is quite fast. This is the point we start getting ready to get into the sauna. I had it set to110F (43C) but it reached 122F (50C) after 5-10 minutes sitting in the sauna. For us that’s plenty hot as the panels radiate heat and it feels much warmer because of it. No smells were noticed (it’s made of some kind of plastic).The bad: it appears the temperature sensor is not very accurate. 110F gave us 122F. Also the back panel is the size of a side panels and therefore we cannot secure the straps. No instructions at all about this. Its annoying. Also the temperature gauge is a little “jumpy” causing the panels to switch on-off-on in quick succession once it reaches target temperature.I now realize I miss a foot warmer. I was sweating but my feet were cold.Note, each of the panels are 500W. 1530W peak power usage. This is a good amount of power for such small space which explains why it heats up fast.

Just love this sauna. During the initial few days of use, the temperature ranged between 118 and 120 degrees. However, after a little more than a week’s use, the temperatures have increased and now range between 134 and 138 degrees. It warms up to these temps in approximately 10 minutes. I replaced the foldable cloth chair provided with the sauna with a bamboo shower chair I did not want to risk sweat accumulation on the chair. This sauna is definitely worth it.

If I could give a negative star I would for this product. Worked great for 5 months then started shutting off with electrical smoke smell. Manufacturer wouldn't do the right thing, fortunately Amazon is issuing a full credit. DON'T PURCHASE

This has provided me quality sauna experience for very little investment. I only gets to about 120 F. But 30 minutes and I am sweating and have elevated heart rate. It has held up over about 50 uses. Very easy to assemble.

I’ll start with the good. This is super easy to setup. We have not taken it down but based on setup take down would be easy. It’s lightweight portable and straightforward to use. We got the two person sauna which is snug but indeed fits two people.The negative and I think this is a deal breaker for us is that it does not get to the max heat. The listing suggests it will get to 140 degrees, however it has only a few times gotten to 130 degrees. Most of the time it heats to only 120-125 range. I attempted contacting Amazon about this originally who suggested we send the entire sauna back instead of replacing the heating panels, which would have been far more cost effective in my opinion from a logistical standpoint to replace only a panel. There are three heating panels you insert, two on the side and one in the back. The two on the side go the width of the frame while the back panels only covers 2/3rds of the back wall. I would think if the back panel was went the length of the wall it would get to the advertised heat of 140. I wanted to wait and give a thorough review before taking action but at this point the item is too late to replace. Very disappointed considering the price.
