If you have a slim waist ,we think the Asian XL(Waist(75cm/29.5inch) can fit you . if not ,you can try the 2XL:Waist(78.5cm/31inch) ,it would be better to measure your waist first BY Tape.the people who wear the Medium in american sizing , usually about a 2XL in Asian sizing.
