Here is my honest review of this product. Please read, it should be useful to many
The look and feel of the device is very good. I give a 5/5 on itAfter physically installing the switch, I followed the instruction that came with the product to configure it on my phone. While on bluetooth paring mode the smart life app instantly deducted the switch but on configuring the wifi it failed. However when I refreshed the app I found the switch connected and visible on my phone app. So I though everything is done and was using it for the past one week. Everytime when I open the smart life app, the switch use to be not connected and it'll take 2 to 3 refresh attempts to get connected and I found that to be annoying. After few experiments I figured out that the switch was actually connecting using bluetooth only and not through my wifi routher. So when your bluetooth is turned of or when you are away from the switch you can't control the switch. The core reason for the problem was that during configuration connecting to the wifi failed.So I was disappointed and wrote an email to their customer care. To my surprise customer care contacted my over phone instantly and the person spoke to me was very polite and knowledgeable. He asked me to try few work arounds and he was willing to replace the product if the workarounds fail. As per his instruction I tried all possibilities and finally I was able to put the device onto wifi. So,me networks don't support iot devices and some do support. In my case Airtel was not allowing the iot switch to connect however jio did.Another suggestion given by the support engineer was to install a wifi extender next to the iot switch if the wifi router is away from the switch. Look at the picture that I uploaded showing a wifi extender next to my iot switch and it works perfectly well and I am very happy with the product.I'm still giving 4 out of 5 (wanted to give 4.5) for this product because of lack of faq and support forums.

Motor Switch
I’m using this to control remote on / off for domestic 1 hp water pump. Works fine with Alexa voice control which simplified my works. Easy installation & in half an hour time it is operational.

Worked intermittently for just three months
Installation was not difficult but connecting it to network was a pain. Pairing with android was easier than pairing with iPhone.The router was just under the switch but it would keep disconnecting. The process to reconnect it takes couple of minutes every time.Finally stopped working couple of days ago at night and we couldn’t use the light or fan till next day when the electrician replaced it with regular switches.And forgot to add that the iOS app was buggy too.
