I really like it I feel I'm definitely loosing weight using it I do inly use 1 scoop per drink but I am fine with that .I am also doing intermittent fasting with it alternative windows some days a 10 to 6 eating window other days a 8 till 6 eating window ,it's working and working put but only about a half hour or hour every few days ,loving it ! I will buy this again.it tastes nice and excellent value for money

Wasn't sure as im quite new to sports nutrition and the whole fitness game i have only tried three meal replacement products. Out of the three this mint chocolate one is quite tastey. It makes you feel full i have one in the morning and one at lunch. I feel it helps with workouts.Taste - Nice tasting drink much like a mint aero so quite minty!Texture - Nice fine texture no weird lumpy bits in, blends well and only very slight gritty bits at the end of the drinkPrice - Well priced plenty of product for the money 62 servings if you follow the dosing i tend to have a little less so will probably be morePackage - Nice informative attractive packaging without the loads of air in the tub unlike other brands who say its due to settling.
