This is, in my opinion, quite an interesting product. As well as Creatine, which has well-proven benefits it also has Beta Alanine with which I am familar and which also has been demonstrated to help athletic performance. I am not familiar with the other four ingredients which make various claims regarding improved workout capability etc and three of them are trademarked so there won't be any independent research, I shouldn't imagine.Anyway, the powder, when mixed with water tasted quite palatable. I only use half the recommended dose as 5000mg of Creatine is too much for me and 2500mg gives pretty much the same results, without any gastrointestinal side effects. I certainly felt more energised during my gym routine after taking a half dose thirty minutes beforehand. It says that you might feel a tingling sensation, but while that didn't occur, I did seem to be able to push harder than usual and for longer. Whether that is a placebo effect I cannot say at this stage, but I do know that the Creatine works as I use it regularly anyway.Overall, it seems a good quality branded product and I will definitely keep using it while it appears to be giving results.

This is great stuff that includes ingredients that other supplements don't. There's no caffeine in this so you may want to take some separately before your workouts. Would recommend!
