The laptop overheats, fans are loud
I bought this laptop and had it shipped to Ghana. Had huge expectations but to say I am disappointed is an understatement. The laptop overheats when performing basic tasks, the speakers I think are damaged, I now have to use a secondary speaker.The battery life is also very underwhelming.Updated.Speakers sound better after uninstalling and reinstalling sound drivers. Overheating has reduced after an updated, but the laptop still warms up during basic tasks. Battery life is barely 2 hours after a full charge.The screen though is amazing.

Pleasantly surprised
I bought this computer refurbished. It looked like it was brand new. When I open the box however, it was missing the sleeve that was supposed to come with it. Not a big deal. Computer itself is in great condition. The battery was in great condition. It only been recharged a few times less than 10 and the computer operated flawlessly, great for the price
