Acceptable quality, one jumbo size bread sandwich, non toxic plates with toxic spatula
The media could not be loaded. Product quality could have been better, only two regular size bread sandwich can be made at a time, and only one jumbo size bread sandwich (not two as written in details). Plate width 25 cm x 17.5cm. They provided plastic spatula instead they should have provided wooden as we are preferring nontoxic material.

Avoidable at best
I purchased it based on the brand. Even though I had read a review about poor quality I went ahead. My mistake! The handle has already broken in three uses. The product quality is shoddy. It's light with no inherent strength. The bakelite/ plastic is very weak and gives way. The ceramic surface seems ok. My earlier Philips product just went on & on. Back to Philps I guess. This appears to be contract manufactured abroad with No QC!

Just ok
Only advantage is ceramic hot plates. If you keep veg sandwich its very tough to lock it you have press it till its done. Floating hinges would have been better

Nice toaster with reasonable price tag
I liked the product as you can grill 4 sandiwithes in one go. The non stick coating is good too. They are calling ceramic coating. But it looks like non stick teflon coating. It is nice product from Wipro.
