Effective all natural iron supplement!
Natural plant source of iron, really works! Took supplement for awhile due to lower ferritin levels, remeasured several months later and was improved. I also feel more energy, due to not having anemia anymore. Supplement is not a substitute for comprehensive medical care, of course, but if you already know you need an iron supplement, this is a great one to try! Does not have fillers, binders, additives, etc. and comes in convenient RDA 18mg dose per capsule. Small, easy to swallow capsule. caution: iron supplements can cause constipation, recommend concurrent high fiber diet as needed. Better iron absorption can be achieved with concurrent intake of vitamin C (i.e. Orange juice) w/ iron supplement. Also takes awhile for body stores of iron to build up and feel a different, so be patient, it's worth it!

Amazing results in only 2 months
These are the best iron supplements. I was severely anemic and after 2 months of taking 2 a day I am fully recovered. I have my color back, I can breath deeply and I have far more energy. I chose rainbow light brand in particular because they were organic and the supplement was food sourced. I was very please with their performance.

Love this product
Plant based iron is the best. No constipation and along with a blood builder I was able to get my anemia close to needing a blood transplant in control. Now I take this one to two times a week.

It came with a 2 pills open and all of the product was inside, it was a mess, this makes me feel un sure of the quiality of the pills.

Better than what the Doctor prescribes.
Get these for my 78 year old father versus the synthetic stuff the doctor prescribes him. They are great, is iron is up and he takes three fewer pills every day. I am very happy with them and most of all so is he.
