Great for the cost! Very comfortable. I have a bunion on one of my feet and these fit nicely.

These are very comfortable shoes. I have an older pair that I love and found this different color. They are a great value and my previous ones have lasted for at least 6 years. The arch support is not the absolute greatest but it’s sufficient for wearing them with my work outfits once or twice a week. I wish there were more color options.

This shoe is comfortable in the sole but squished my toes a bit. I was able to break in the shoe quickly but it left blisters after a short walk in them. Would like to see the quality improve so that the shoe is softened by the back of the ankle area and by the toes. Overall a nice shoe though.

I still have not been able to find a good pair of flats to replace the original Payless Claire scrunch flats that so many people such as myself bought for many years in the store. After doing more research, I came across these and it seemed they were the same ones. They even say Payless on the inside of the shoe. I bought the Payless brand of these shoes in all colours many times and always a 6W. They fit perfect and comfortable immediately. I ordered these in a 6W and can barely get them on. My feet haven't changed, I still have a new pair of the original Payless flats and these fit completely different. If you do order these, be prepared to order at least a size up. They are made decent, so I'll try ordering up.
