Love these! Nice and large and heat up in the microwave so well. The handles don’t get hot so you can handle the bowl safely.

these bowls are gorgeous in person and they are pretty deep too which i love even more about them. the 1st set i ordered came broken bc the amazon ppl were a lil too rough with the handling of the package even tho there wasnt any damage to the box its self and the bowls were wrapped pretty snuggly inside but there wasnt any Warning Fragile stickers on the 1st package which i was a lil bummed but the merchant was very understanding and quickly sent out a new order once i sent the broken ones back and they arrived 2 days later in one piece with warning stickers on the box! i was very pleased with the rushed delivery

Handle fell off. Update: replaced and refunded.
Update - spoke with Amazon customer service they get a thumbs up.Also heard from the customer service department at vancasso Direct. They offered to refund the product then offered to send out new set. Waiting for results on that but happy with their customer service so far.Update on vancasso Direct customer service results. They followed through on their offer.Original review-Purchase 4 months ago. To begin with when I received them one bowl was broken. I could hear it before i even opened the box. I was able to get a replacement but four months later my husband picked up one of the bowls and the handle fell off in his hand in two pieces. Upsetting. We like these bowls.
