I am writing this review after using the Panasonic AC for 8 months, and I must say, it has been a great experience. I highly recommend this AC to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cooling solution.This AC is truly an all-rounder. The cooling is very quick and powerful, even during the peak summer heat. It comes with different modes to suit various needs, like energy-saving mode and sleep mode, which work really well.One of the best features is its smart functionality. You can easily control it using your phone through Wi-Fi, which is very convenient. Whether you're at home or outside, you can turn it on or off, change settings, and adjust the temperature from anywhere.Another thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is. It runs so smoothly that you hardly hear any noise, even at night, which helps in getting a good night's sleep.This is the second AC we’ve installed in our home, and we’re extremely happy with its performance. So far, there have been no problems at all. The overall quality and performance are top-notch. It's definitely a value-for-money product from Panasonic.

On the very first day of use, water started dripping from the indoor unit of the AC just a few hours after installation. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the cooling either. I contacted customer care, expecting a priority visit, but they declined due to prior commitments with other customers. I escalated the issue to a higher authority, and they later apologized.A senior technician visited and patiently checked every part of the AC, spending at least two hours trying to identify the problem. Although he couldn’t pinpoint the exact cause, he filled some gas and performed a vacuum process on the AC.Since then, I haven't faced the water dripping issue again.Regarding connectivity and ease of use, this AC performs excellently. The mobile app works well, and the remote feels sturdy and well-built. However, the indoor unit doesn’t look very premium. A chrome finish by Panasonic would have made it better , right now, it looks like a plain plastic box and feels somewhat flimsy.Lastly, the most important aspect , the cooling. It's good and effective for my room. During the peak Delhi summer, since my room is on the top floor, it takes a little more time to cool, but overall, it works well.

Pros -1) Fast and safe delivery. Absolutely no damages or scratches.2) Latest batch - AC was manufactured in Feb 20253) Build quality is real good, especially the ODU. Also, the ODU stand provided by installation agency is of Panasonic make.4) IDU is of big size and air flow is superb, true to the claim of 16-17 feet flow.5) AC chills the 150 sq ft. room in 10 mins that too in auto mode.6) To my surprise, the ODU is super silent, just opposite to what other people have commented for Panasonic AC ODU. I ran it in different modes but ODU noise level was never disturbing, not more than a small table fan.7) Remote is full featured though you need sometime to get used to it.8) Accessories in box - 10feet copper pipe (two set, one for gas inlet and one for gas outlet), IDU to ODU 2.5 sq. mm. 3 core wire. Note: Panasonic doesn't provide IDU to power outlet wire. You have to buy this either from the installer or from market. Installer will charge Rs.150/meter for 2.5 sq.mm 3 core wire and from outside market you will get it for 60-70 rupees.9) PM 0.1 Filter, warranty card, dust filters10) Installation was super quick. AC was delivered in the morning and within one hour, I got an installation message and a call from the local Panasonic team. Installer arrived at the given time and installed the AC as expected. They vacuumed the AC and answered all the questions I asked like - pressure checking, ampere checking, which wire to use, warranty etc. I must say that the installer was very well behaved and put extra effort in installing the ODU since there was very narrow space to lift the ODU. Also, he never pushed me to buy anything extra like drain pipe, electric wire, tape etc.Cons -1) Connecting this AC with Mirae app is a big pain especially if you have a 5Ghz Wi-fi connection. Seems this works only on 2.4Ghz connection. No tutorial or guide provided by Panasonic for troubleshooting the Mirae app connection.2) Panasonic installation agency didn't provide core drill to the installer due to which he has to struggle a lot in drilling a hole in the wall.Charges -1) Installation: Rs.1200 + GST2) ODU Stand (Panasonic make) - Rs.800 + GST3) Stabilizer - I used my existing stabilizer from old AC4) Used same wire from old ACTotal 2360
