Very thin frame and plastic "glass", but perfect for a cheap poster or picture display for party, etc. worked great for my purposes, which was grad party photo collage display.

11 x 17 is a difficult size to find in ready made frames. At $10 this is an extremely economical way to frame 11 x 17 posters. The frame itself is plastic but it is fairly rigid. The "glass" is also plastic but most people won't be able to tell. There's nothing on the packaging that tells you this -- but be certain to rip the protective film off of the "glass." Otherwise, you will have a hazy mat look to your poster. You have to carefully dig your fingernail into the edges on both sides and once you get a little bit lose, the film will pull right off.

Frame was very easy to take apart and put back together, it was also fairly easy to hang up and not too heavy so I could just use thumbtacks and don't have to hammer nails into the wall and creating much bigger holes, the size was great for the item I wanted to put in a frame and it looks very nice, I would consider it a pretty sturdy frame from how thick the frame borders are alone, it can definitely handle being dropped once or twice. Overall, it was a perfect fit for the print I put in their and could hold much thicker items

I got this to frame a poster-sized print of a painting I bought a long time ago. The pros: I love the hinges on the back, which don't bend and tuck and inevitably break. It looks pretty nice. The cons: it's cheaply made with materials that bend very easily. There is no glass, just a plastic front that had some scuffs/damage upon arrival. Consider the level of quality you want before buying. This suits my needs well enough but it won't for everyone.

exactly as described no complaints. clear "glass" its not glass its a plastic of some sort I knew it wasn't glass as it never said it was. however it came with a small crack but its not noticeable, I can live with it. better packaging is needed though to keep damage from happening. other than that they are worth it for the price I paid.

The cheap frame that doesn't look cheap. Cheap, thin plastic. Thin clear lexan, not glass, which means it won't break when you drop it or move it, although the plastic frame itself may break.

Considering each frame comes to less than 20$, it's not surprising that they are on the cheap side.There's no assembly required, and the backing is removed and replaced easily. The plastic has a protective film, so you get a clean view when you hang it up.Size matches the description with the overall thickness less than 1/2 an inch.The frame material is a bit flimsy, but it did hang easily. Overall, it's worth the money. Nice look but don't expect anything fancy.

Frames are nice and sturdy. Used them to frame two signed pictures I have. Nice shine to them. This was a repurchase.
