one snapped pretty easily, fixed with some super glue and cable ties!

It looks ok and sturdy. Problem is the bolts is too short for my chair even though it will be awesome perfect if the bolt in the right length. And there is no information about what kind of bolt that is use. If the seller put some information about the size of bolts being use, I will definitely get new set of bolts and problem solved. Have to return the item since I can't use it.

They were not what I expected, but a friend had them instead.

These arms are great for the price. I had a slight issue with the bolts and only 2 of them would screw into the bottom on my chair on each arm, the third one just wouldn't catch on either side. But, it's not a big problem as the arms are perfectly secure with only 2 bolts. I would recommend these arms to anyone looking to complete their office chair.

Didn't really bother me that my chair originally had no arms but when these were on offer they seemed too good to miss. Easily fitted and the chair looks more "complete" with them.

Price is more than reasonable for these and seem perfectly sturdy. No instructions provided, but easy to work out where each part goes
