19-strand, .018 in: So far so good! Excellent wire for basic jewelry making (ie. dangle charms, eyeglasses holder, etc.). I'll never go back to regular wire. Tiger tail is amazing and doesn't kink. The only problem I've had is finding wire cutters that can cut through it cleanly and effortlessly. Tried 2 different kinds of wire cutters so far with no luck. Waiting on another set of side cutters from Amazon. Hope they work.

We are using this for prayer beads to give to active-duty troops and they need to be sturdy. This works well.

I've always used Beadalon, I know I can count on this product for quality. I make jewelry, so I can't afford to use an off brand wire, not knowing how it will hold up over time. I've never had a problem with this wire, no matter what gauge I use.

For a 0.018 Inch wire, a #2 tube sleeve worked well. I used the 1.6mm anvil and die on the crimper to crimp the #2 tube sleeves. Normally, the tube sleeves are just smashed flat. But, this type of crimper is an anvil and die type which applies pressure all around the tube and it retains the wire much better than just smashing the tube with anything other than an anvil and die type crimper.

Good beading wire for sure. However, do not buy this wire for the intention of bending it to make jewelry. It does not work well for that. Beadalon is great as always though.
