Seems very good and similar to other more popular brands
There's a really popular brand that starts with a P that makes a similar product- but it's costly. This is a cheaper alternative that is still viable and works well.It helped my cat with diarrhea, and it also was tasty to her- she enjoyed it sprinkled on her normal food.I didn't notice any problems with digestion. The box has many packets so it will last a long time. The texture is a soft powder that smells similar to beef tallow. I'd recommend keeping a box on-hand as a cat owner just in case. Thank you to the manufacturer for providing an economical alternative.

Great probiotic supplement for my cat Wolfie
My 9 1/2 year old cat has been experiencing gastro issues for the past 5-6 years which had me very frustrated due to the horrible smell and mess from the runny poo he was having at least once a week. I had taken Wolfie to the vet several times and was given some of this product to give to him but never used it much since I did not think he would eat it in his food since he is so picky like most other cats are also. I was about ready to pull my hair out especially after having to clean 2 foot skid marks off the carpet all the time! I then decided to try this supplement again recently after reading other reviews about how to include it in the pet food. I started by sprinking this power on top of his wet food and then topping it off with some more wet food to hide it and so he wouldn't detect it as much. Within one or two days a miracle happened and my cat has not had any more gastro issues! I only need to use about 1/3 of a packet once a day in his food since there is a lot of this product per packet and it works great. This also gives me three times as much of the supplement to use before having to reorder more which is awesome since it is somewhat expensive. I highly recommend this product to all other feline owners who have a pet also with gastro issues. I am sure it would work for dogs also.

Potent Probiotic
This is a powerful probiotic and works quickly. It was given to a cat that got some antibiotics from a vet, and afterwards, there seemed to be upset with going to the bathroom, both #1 and #2. Even that cat's fur was not the same. This cat has soft, silky fur, but ever since the antibiotic treatment, her fur seemed to be sort of icky and a bit greasy without that soft "powdery" feeling that is always there. It's amazing how many systems can be upset without the proper probiotics in the body, whether it is a cat or a human. But after only 2 or 3 days of using this probiotic, her fur seemed to get back to normal again, which was most impressive. I used the ol' "whipped cream" trick to sneak the probiotic in. Cats usually do backflips for whipped cream out of a can, so I can't think of anything better to "disguise" this probiotic. Make sure you get a can of whipped cream that does not contain corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup; sugar only is best. Also, in testing with numerous cats, they don't seem to like whipped cream that has a very strong artificial vanilla flavor (which would be marked on the can usually at the end with "vanillin.") Put a small blob of whipped cream on a cat-proof plate and sprinkle some of the probiotic on the cream. I found that a whole packet at a time was overwhelming, and used small portions throughout the day rather than one huge dose. Take a skinny knife (a toothpick will also work great) and mix the cream thoroughly with the probiotic. The probiotic powder is hydrophobic and will not want to be mixed with anything, so it takes some elbow grease. By now, the cream will have flattened out but everything should be mixed thoroughly. Now squirt a fresh blob on top of your "disguised" cream. The idea is to have the cat go gonzo and snarf down the entire thing without leaving anything behind, so don't use too much -- less is more. The cat should lick the plate clean, and then you know that it's gotten it all. Do this for at least 3 days with small doses, and you'll have that intestinal flora back to normal in no time at all. A great product at a great price, highly recommended.

The cats LOVE IT SO MUCH they try to steal the packets
Got this for our 5 cats to periodically give them some probiotics to keep their gut health in check. They love the taste so much that if given the chance they will steal the packages out of the box in our pantry if we turn our back for too long. The photo you see is the evidence of how much they dig this stuff. All 5 cats eat their food no problem with this mixed in. Two are very picky eaters as well. Seems to have helped keep everyone regular and to help transition the pickiest cat to the same food all the other cats are on. Highly recommend! Doesn’t smell bad. Will buy again.

Diarrhea improvement
With a kitty with health issues, I've tried a lot of products. My cat Diesel has had consistent, pure liquid diarrhea for over 3 years now. I moved fairly recently, and had to thus get a new vet. Diesel is already on prescription cat food for the past 4 years (due to a urinary blockage), but since has also developed diarrhea (yay!). His new vet had me bring this powder home. It's helped tremendously. While he still has a soft stool, it is no longer as liquid. It now at least forms into a post of soft, pile. Definitely recommend this product. While he's nowhere near 100%, he's considered a "senior" kitty at 12-13 years old (which, honestly, I feel he's still in his mid-adult years). Otherwise, SUPER glad to not having to wait for a liquid to turn turn into a more solid state! This definitely will help!

They actually eat it!
My vet recommended this supplement for better gut health in my cat who occasionally gets problems from hairballs.Guess what? They actually do not mind it being in their food! I split the pack mixed into their canned food in the am/pm feeding. It smells a little like beef bullion to me. But who cares, they are accepting of it.The price is reasonable and I can fit it into my budget, esp since it is for my much loved fur babies.
