Not too hot
Easy to drink in water, doesn't feel like drinking fire. Unfortunately it is bottled in plastic.

Great but…
I use this product for stomach ulcer prevention (keeps them from coming back), and it’s been working great. I mix it with a splash of milk and it’s very tasty!But you will need an extra -empty dropper bottle on hand because it doesn’t reach very far down, and you’re left with a bunch of cayenne you can’t get to.
